I liked how quick it was and how they offered me a job very quickly afterwards.
I think that we all work well together. Everyone gets along and is always trying to help one another.
I think the most positive thing is that I don't feel too overly worked most days, I can go home feeling good about what I did that day.
I like that they are all really understanding and kind people. They take the time to listen to all of us staff and take feedback on what they can do to improve too.
Seeing customers, specifically ones that visit the store often. Getting a smile from someone, or someone asks me how my day is the small conversations that I have with people make me happy and enjoy my work.
I feel like I break my back, barely take breaks for hours on end, then only to not get paid for the time I take to get a 30 minute break to fuel myself with food for the next four hours. That doesn't really seem very fair to me when I am the one interacting and with the customers all day long.
