Overall Target is one of my favorite retail employers, certainly better than others but definitely not perfect. Depending on the store and management, you may have a better or worse experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment/culture is ok. After a while I became miserable because I don't enjoy working in retail but outgoing people may like it
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at my store was pretty solid and very nice people. I feel like for the most part they were understanding if things came up or if I had questions
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I worked with were super nice and helpful. Some people seemed to have drama especially in softlines or the beauty department but if you mind your own business, it doesn't effect you.
