It's by far one of the best work experiences I've had and I'm being paid enough to cover my Bill's and students loans. On top of that I feel like management values my concerns, recognizes me as a person, and have been open to taking suggestions to improving my working experience.

They're incredibly reliable and management does a great job building a great team of people willing to do their jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our guests are really phenomenal and I feel like my hard work not only makes their day better but it's also recognized and appreciated by my manager and the executive team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k is 5% matching and there are a lot of resources to help me in my personal life. I don't have kids but it seems like they have a decent support system for parents.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I recieved a call the next day after I applied and was brought in to work as soon as possible. When you need a job, you need a job pretty quickly and I felt like they valued my time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat me like a person, recognize when I need to take time of for medical issues or major life events and emergencies, and have apologized to me before when they messed up. I'm a part of their team and not just another employee.
