There is great coordination between the workers. This will assure same targets being focused on resulting in business objectives being met such as high sales and profit margins

The leadership team is democratic meaning that works in the lower part of the authority chain are given the chance to contribute in decision making. This has the impact of motivating worker as they feel more valued hence more productivity is experienced
