What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and working together as a team. Respecting team members

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was very informal. I knew I had the job before there were any actual questions asked.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm happy when I can go into work and do my job without being asked multiple times if I am going to be successful or stopping to cover others shortcomings.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We hire anybody off the street and do not give proper training. So essentially we have a bunch of unknowing employees walking around. It's like the blind leading the blind.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The rate of pay may be higher, however it still isn't a feasible living wage. If, hypothetically, I got into an accident and couldn't work for a few weeks I would be homeless and jobless.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need to actually train our employees and then encourage good behavior and work ethic. As of now, anytime the managers interact with the team members its to micromanage or berate them for not working quick enough or good enough.
