Nothing. Nobody should be walking around with blue hair or multiple piercings in their face.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is wonderful. They are hard working, dedicated, and flexible. The team leader is a tyrant who doesn't care about anyone but herself.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Target was great up until about two or three years ago. The new upper leadership is full of vile human beings who don't know the first thing about human relations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't treat their employees with respect. They treat them like robots. They don't want anyone to smile, talk or show any kind of personality. They just want us to shut-up, keep our heads down and do the work.
