Over work, got the lowest raised out of all my co workers even though I am one of the hardest worker. Work hard for nothing.

The manager giving me an opportunity because it takes a good person to see a hard worker.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair and give the same amount of work. Lazy people get more money on raise than hard working people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over working everyone and giving some people more work than others. How can you give someone 1-2 sections and then everyone else gets 2-3 sections and expect it to be perfect when there is no expectations for some.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I put 110% into my work everyday that I work. They expect so much from me and give me the hardest and busiest section but yet I got the lowest raise. one of my co worker hides and never does her work but got a 20 cents raise while I only got 8 cents.
