The same week our building hit 25 yrs, with about 75 lteam members reaching their 25 year anniversary award of $200: signs went up stating new hires will begin receiving a $2000 sign on bonus. Yep, they value a long term 25 yr team member at 10% of the value as an untrained new hire.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There is no interview process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The new hire bonus is substantially higher than any of the long term service awards.
