I absolutely love my team. We are extraordinarily busy and under staffed. I feel more can be done to reward the team for working hard and that metrics could be loosened to make allowances for low staff. More training specific to the job and more cross training would also be helpful.

I like that you have your first and second interview on the same day with two different individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Target has a very inclusive environment. I feel that everyone there is kind to one another and that we have a diverse group of individuals that we get to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love the team spirit that my coworker show to me. They are willing to work and do whatever they can to make sure that the entire team and guests are taken care of and that the job is getting done efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our employee discount could be higher...15-25%. I feel our incentives should be offered as either a paycheck bonus or a gift card. I feel team leads (specialists/pace setters) should be compensated with a shift differential or higher hourly when supervising.
