They need to read and follow instructions better. They also need to spend less time talking about others performance and concern themselves with their own.

Employees have no compensation or benefits. For some, there is no reason to excel because there is no reward. There is no communication between upper management and employees. Employees actually get penalized for trying to contact upper management.
