They over work you to the bone and until the pay or benefits are raised, try anywhere else.

I don't get compensation other than ordinary pay - no stocks, no benefits. I'm a night shift worker, I don't get that stuff.

Having been with the company for nearly 10 years, a total of 1 dollar raise in that time is basically unacceptable.

To work full time and have regular overtime there should be some way I could afford to take care of myself medically and there currently isn't, some basic sort of health care of any kind would be the ticket

Very friendly, co-operative, and overall pleasurable to be around. Tims usually has a hardworking team that makes the job fun.

The new employees need to listen and get it rivht the first time

WELL MAYBE IF PEOPLE ACTUALLY SHOW UP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. Seriously, the people at my location don't show up. When I worked day shift, we were - we are - constantly short staffed. I work nights now and people still no-call-no-show. WHY?

They need to take the time to actually train the new exmployees. Like step by step without rushing through it. Things can get confusing otherwise and doesn't equal to a fast learning experience.

Most of the team members pull their own weight, but there are a fair few that slack off because there aren't any major repercussions. They might get yelled at, but then it's done. Meetings are nonexistent.

Lots of screaming, lots of making the team members feel small and useless. Don't get me wrong, there are good days and bad. But when it's good it's good. When it's bad it's REALLY bad.

What makes me most happy at work is spending time with my team, and working efficiently with little to no error. Its satisfying to work well under the pressure and speed of customer rushes.
