The management team neads to work at promoting unity instead of dissentiion. I beleive there needs to something in place to protect a worker who is being targeted by direct supervision. Extremely high turn over due to the fact that employees are poorly trained and the majority of complaints from customers come from AT&T expensive service and very difficult system, rules and regulations. Unrealistic saving rate goals set by both VXI and AT&T. No respect for employees.

Being allowed to work a 40 hour work week in which you were hired. When you are scheduled on a holiday, allow the individual to work their full shift and not force VTO because things are slow and the they say the client does not want to pay when sitting in ready. Unable ro maximize full pay EVER.
