    Right now there is a witch hunt mentality where a lot of people are afraid they are going to , unknowingly, make a mistake and get fired.

    Better pay/bonus. Why do people have to have 2 or 3 jobs to have a family when the CEO gets a raise of 6.8 millions. We are the people that keeps WF working and we are treated as if we are the worst expense of WF.
