My team is short-staffed, and I am a P3, so when I do overtime work (quite often), I am not being compensated for that extra time. If I don't put in overtime, my other teammates have to pick up the difference.

I'm in the wrong role. I feel as though I was set up to fail. I feel as though after all of my contributions, Workday no longer wants me to develop in a space I have been for greater than a decade. I feel as though I will be laid off in a future round if I do not leave on my own.
