What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Compensation. Work/Life balance of managers. Career growth for IC's. Definition of plan for growth of PS.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People team refuses to discuss pay ranges for potential promotions. Or a metro rate increase for my city (the state overall is low, but the city I live in specifically is very expensive)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

VP fired our Senior Director/Leader Jason Berkin without forming a transition plan, communicating a plan or clear reasoning for the quick exit which has left the team reeling in the decision making ability of executive leadership. This has created a hostile work environment for me and my co workers.
