Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt bad since i have a dispute that still i haven't receive its been two payout i did not receive my allowance.

This was not the compensation that I supposed to have since I've been with this industry for almost 5 years. And most of my co-workmates that has experienced are well compensated than mine since they were able to negotiate before they signed the contract. Unlike me, I wasn't informed and aware.

Its always the positive work environment and employee engagement for me which lessens the amoutn of stress you get and its motivational too.
