Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees who have joined CSOD through acquisition are not entitled to some benefits based on their uninterrupted employment time (eg. sabbatical leave after X years)

We believe in pay-for-performance, but it is heavily weighted to the value of the company and not individual performance. All the way through the org a significant part of our comp is in equity, and many of us have outperformed the company's stock this year.

The QRM team has vast years of industry experience and instills quality in everything they do. This team is continually advancing quality maturity at CSOD. It is often a slow process, but it is advancing.

Had a few rounds of interviews, met with just the right amount of folks to get a great idea of the team, but not too many where it was exhausting.
