That people get paid what they're worth. People shouldn't get paid close to the same, and have to do half as much as work. They show favorism, and dont hold the same stanards for everyone

We are severely understaffed and expected to pull unreasonable weight and hours to make up for it, all to be paid minimum wage. Instead of punishing employees for "lack of productivity" for using the restroom and such, hire a few more people and increase wages for the incredible labor force.

I work in a room with guys I have nothing in common with. They are loud and have no consideration for my feelings. I turn my headphones up as loud as I can stand, but have a hard time drowning them out. I tell myself that when in the dungeon, act accordingly. Show up, shut up, and shove off

I think it's a hopeless case, because they don't care and don't believe they need to. It's to easy to replace a part time person with another part time person.

It needs to be safer as all the machines are unkept and break often, causing many injuries. There needs to be accommodations for those that pull long hours and need a snack and/or lunch. And management needs to care for their employees more.
