Demote the hr director . Hertz needs to do all hiring. She does not have a clue about personnel. She is also a extrovert. Nobody gets along with her.

The insurance is the best I've ever had, with over 30 years with experience with other companies, and never have I had such affordable insurance with the most options! 401K is very nice!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im paid 11 hr. In these inflation times.

I believe Hertz has a problem with incentiving with money. Instead they throw parties for when you have X amount of years on the job. Occasional free lunches, do not make up for non existent raises or bonuses.

Transporting vehicles is one thing, cleaning vehicles is another. Even McDonald employees are paid $15/hr. Given the responsibility of possession and operation of Hertz assets plus the life threatening exposure driving on public highways it seems Transporter wages are not equal to responsibility.
