My manager has experience in various roles including ones similar to mine. This means his perspective is very realistic, and has a great understanding of what my job actually entails. As for the leadership team overall, they are excellent at communication. One also feels appreciated in this company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Extremely generous benefits with modifications available to better fit an individual employee's insurance needs, including but not limited to family insurance with different levels of deductive, as well as pet insurance reimbursement.

I am paid a fair salary. Our benefits are amazing, and in the case where a Short Term Disability claim was required there were no unnecessary hoops to jump through.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the position that I hold and the number of employees who report to me I feel my salary is lower than it should be. I would also like stock options offered.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together for brainstorming solutions and everyone on the team is dependable, we have clear expectations of what someone will do and they reliably do it.

The ability to converse with the interviewer outside of a script and learn more about the company and culture.
