What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is more than most companies offer. My pay is drastically higher than my last job. The benefit are awesome.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a sense of winning together, fairness, and pride.

Even though we are a fully remote company, which definitely brings its challenges, I never feel alone. We are always in communication with one another and supporting each other. Executive leadership does a great job of being transparent when changes have taken place and are always open to questions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't think anything needs to be changed for the culture. We are a very positive company. Of course more customers would make everything better. Just like the saying, good thigns come to those who wait. I know the damn is going to break, and we will be crazy busy, which will be a great moment.

What makes you most happy at work?
Working for a company that is not afraid to let their employees know they are doing a good job. Feedback from the AMs, are always positive. I want this company to go far, and I will be proud to have worked here during the main building phase of Maergo.
