It seems that no matter what I say, my supervisor disagrees with it. I can even repeat exactly what she says and she seems to forget it was what she said and disagrees. I see jobs elsewhere for which I am qualified and they list higher salaries or wages.

No matter what I do the managers are never satisfied never show even the slightest appreciation towards the employees , and cookies and hot apple cider on Christmas are not real forms of appreciation. They are a multi billion dollar company and all they could do to say thanks was a cookie.
