Sunrun: So much potential, but way too much beauacracy. We also need to STOP promoting salespeople into technical roles. You cannot oversee electrification operations if you were never an installer.

The GEO Group: Worst experience I have ever had. The inmates run that faculty I didn't see any pat searches. Inmates were free roaming in the hallway the picket person (even the SGT) was letting them do what they want. Even during the tour there was a inmate with us the whole time.

If you have an illness or sick child, getting 3 hours every 2 weeks is not enough. That would put less stress on the employee when an unavoidable absence arises.

We reach the global company status however, the salary doesn't go with it. As tenured employee AMI is not the answer, we need a 1 time raise.
