We are required to use PTO during a business unit shutdown because we are also not allowed to work that day even though we can work. It's no longer the same.

GEICO: My supervisor is amazing. They're honestly the only thing I remain loyal to. If they leave, I'll turn in my notice immediately. This place doesn't deserve hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable associates. This is now just a place to collect a check. They dont factor care, why should we.

GEICO: Lack of communication with every decision throughout every department. Unobtainable inconsistent metrics. Stripped down employee benefits. Sub par training and no career development options. High performing tenured staff cut just to have that same position up on post a week later.
Kroger: Early mornings because you leave when the crazy people get there.

GE Vernova: It was a great place to work. However, leadership misrepresented the amount of time our current role would have during the transition. They blocked me from taking another job within the company to sell off my department.
AutoNation: I don't have a problem with anyone person at the sales rep level. Everyone on a general level is helpful to a certain extent.

GE Vernova: I have work in GE for almost 4 years and I have love the environment and the flexibility of the work. But in all this time I haven't received an opportunity or improve on my job career in team, but the workload and responsibilities have been in increase.
Conduent: I have jumped around doing a lot of different things that never seem to fully come to fruition. I'm usually trying to understand things but feel left out of the real conversation.

Conduent: The job is good for reliability and work/life balance. There is not much room for promotion unless someone quits. Typically, promotions do not equal more pay.

Conduent: I came to work for the company in 2012 when it was Xerox. I had worked at my prior company for 16 years and it was difficult when they went out of business. I was hired for AE and brought into a team permanently. I am so grateful. Conduent is a continuation of this. Great logo too.

Conduent: Conduent is a good company to work for, but the pay is a little low. And sometimes they let good people go instead of paying them better.

Acadia Healthcare: Quick and easy, hired on the spot
Conduent: Overall, it has been a great experience, it allows me to have great work-life balance, my management has always been very supportive. The people I work with are professional and ethical. No salary raises is a big challenge for a lot of employees as they try to cope with high cost of living.
GE Vernova: I've been at GE for 17+ years and though GE has gone through many changes, I've always been optimistic about the journey.
Conduent: In recent years things have gotten much better than where they were 4 or 5 years ago.
Walgreens: Communication and understanding to us
Conduent: I honestly love this company and my coworkers. I wish I could actually have KPIs that would guarantee a compensation increase if met. I wish I had more control over my role and not be told I'm getting promotions with no increases in compensation. It's disheartening.
Conduent: Overall its okay. Some contracts function better than others.

DXC Technology: I like DXC, I dont love it. I like my immediate leadership and teams, they are fantastic. However the company cutbacks and continuous bypass of cost of living increases and merit increases and "promotions" with no increase is really a slap in the face for people who actually contribute and care.
Conduent: I have been able to seek oportunities within the company and learn different rolls. but at the same time I have been under valued along the way, then giving a promotion, but not an increase in pay.
