TaskUs: I learned a lot. Changing into a better version of myself each and every day. Very helpful for my growth and being challenged which makes me hunger more for growth, maturity and improvement!
TaskUs: The culture of not forcing employees to just work all the time and allots activities for the wellness of them.
PetSmart: Most of them are management. The store I work at has more managers than employees. They need to know that most of us are struggling with a high workload while they are dilly dallying with picking up online orders at a slow pace just to appear busy.

TaskUs: I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. At the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that I completed what I needed to do.
TP: Overall is is a rewarding experience. A lot of incentives or opportunities have been taken away due to cost cutting. I think growth in Teleperformance has been severely limited due to changes made recently. Cutting cost does not mean you also remove benefits and opporturnities for employees.
TP: Not the best but I'm looking forward to end retirement in this company

Because since there is no cleansing period, I have been judged that I am what I am accused all the time and no chance of moving forward anymore because of restrictions of escalation. I love my job, but everyday for me is a battle and stress if I still have a job the next day.

TaskUs: At first when I started working here at TaskUs, it was not good experience, because our team support is not approachable and not friendly. In other words, she has an attitude. I think you should offer how to be nice to her co workers. She is choosing who wants to be. She is a two faced co worker.
TaskUs: Everything seems to be well and great for the awesome people I've met so far. just wanted to be heard at least for the compensation concern.

TaskUs: The biggest downside is the actual salary because it is quite small compared to other BPO's. It cannot cover all of the basic needs for a family.

TP: TP has changed from hiring true talent to politics and hype. Compensation is far off un competitive with other vendors thus our hiring results tend to end in low performance. Overstretching resources with multiple task which is supposed to be designed for 2-3 people lumped into 1 resource

Trimble: I have worked for some of the largest companies in the world and this has truly been a pleasure working here. I can not stress that enough, the boots on ground guys are awesome and always giving 100 percent. It's the middle management guys that micromanage positions until the employee just gives up.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Health insurance should be consolidated to two providers at most so we can take advantage of "bulk discounts". Insurance here costs too much for the benefits it provides. That would be OK except base pay is non-competitive as well.

I just recently started back ordering online and the first 2 orders have been delayed to the point where I receive my order at least a week after I ordered it (even though I paid for 2-day delivery).
