Banfield Pet Hospital: I would like to continue working for Banfield, but I don't know if there are necessarily options for where I want my career to go. Most of my experiences, especially with people at Banfield, have been overwhelmingly positive.

DIRECTV: Wait times, returning calls, not hiking bill OVER & OVER when no new/improved services are requested/given. AUTOMATICALLY compensating for times/days when DTV is not working (no value for $). No more bait & switch (your rate was a special lasting 6 months, but oops, your it's back to the "old" one).

They refused to cover it under the protection plan because seams and frays arent covered and refused under the warranty because it wasnt delivered this way. There solution is to send me fabric.

State Farm Insurance: Everything no one gets back to you. Call wait time is a few hours. Been waiting a month for repairs to my car and still waiting! Asked for Manger to call and agent and nothing! So much for thier customer service. I've never had this trouble with other insurance claims with other companies!
Ardent Health Services: I've been able to be internally promoted which has been a positive. I really think Ardent has some great things going for it but is falling short in key areas. There need to be improvements to make employees' lives easier. Sometimes I feel like all Ardent leadership is concerned about is profit.

Ardent Health Services: If I knew what I know today when I applied for the job, I doubt I would have taken the job. I would have worked for a local company for a lower pay. There are a lot of levels of leaders but not enough guidance. A lot of chiefs and the Indians are stuck working the load without help

Harbor Freight Tools: our store is very short staffed so every day I dread coming in cause I know that the next 4-8 hours are going to be crazy cause I'm the only employee there running the registers, answering the phone, stocking the shelves and assisting customers. PVH: A company that is always changing, stepping up the pace every moment of the day is to be expected. This happens without the full team line to be informed. You can say the company is really agile. Sometimes is it exhausting.

McLane Company: The typical good old boy system at play. There is no room for growth. Management does not listen or care what you have to say. Compensation is not really that great and the benefits are pretty terrible.
LIDL: Most of my colleagues and the managing staff are extremely friendly and supportive, and visibly competent. I make a lot of mistakes, due to having attention-span issues. It's bad for my self-esteem. This is an entry level job at retail. What if this is the best I can do with my life?

Chico's FAS: The co workers are excellent and are a great team when executing. Its the supervisors that are an issue.
Uniqlo: Hell on earth. Management is unprofessional and disorganized. Poor communication is a chronic issue and upper management gets in the way of sales floor work often.

DXC Technology: overall it has been a good last few years. I've seen positive investments on our people and we are making good progress.
Spirit Airlines: Their attention to execution of the web site. Twice it's goof ups have cost me 30-40% increase in flight cost. And they should reassess the baggage fees for their Spirit Savers Club. The nominal discount makes the "club" cost far too high this year.
DXC Technology: The fact that I have work makes me happy at work.

Circle K: I use to be extremely excited to go to work each day, but since the management transfers, I've dreaded going to work so much that my regular customers can tell I'm unhappy being there.

HCA Healthcare: There is zero communication and there and a lot of angry employees. Some employees are rude and then some can be very helpful. The nurses treat people like garbage.
Qatar Airways: its the best airline with the best customer service
Smithfield: Everyone for themselves. Union, management, and hr dont care about you or try to help
Cracker Barrel: Not one specific thing stands out
Stanford University: I love working here and I am blessed to be here, its not perfect though but I am glad to be here

Costco: Terrible managers. Too many managers. All of them tell you something different to do. No policies ever followed. No training whatsoever. Expect employees to clean up their mistakes.

Chili's: Stop yelling at employees and making them cry, believe in your employees and let them take control. Stop taking over when we don't need her help. Stop being demeaning. Treat your employees with respect and don't be condescending.

Snap-on Tools: There's actually no end time, you work until whenever management tells you to. If employees only had some sort of representation to stand up for themselves to leadership, that would be helpful.

Northside Hospital: My experience has been filled with happy and sad moments. I have met people that have chamged my life and have made co workers that i now call family or friends. My managers support me during the times ive needed them the most and i am very grateful for this.

When i stated it wasnt doing much good there, he pulled it down around his neck, glared at me, & conrinued his checkout. My person had no mask in sight.

Ingles Markets: I've worked for ingles a little over a year. Since being there we've had 3 store managers. The one we have now is by far the worst one yet
Trader Joe's: All of the mates are extremely patient, kind, and instructive. They are always lighthearted and encouraging. When I first started out at Trader Joe's, the mates and the captain did outstanding jobs making me feel at home.

DXC Technology: So far so good. Some of my coworkers are great and very accommodating. Compensation is good as of the moment.

There have been many changes over the years and we appear to just keep getting better as our focus continues to be on overall customer & employee awareness in an ever evolving culture. I am very proud of AVP teams in making positive changes.

The GIANT Company: Very poor on their advertisements. They advertise for a item on their weekly flyer and in the store and I when go there to purchase the item its not there. When I question them about it they say it's corporate that's putting the ad out. WHY put it in your flyers/store if a customers can't buy it
Ardent Health Services: I am thankful to be employed.
Kubota: Overall, if you do your job and mind your own business, things will go smooth but when it comes to engaging with upper management, it feels too political. Try and listen to your employees concern even if they are wrong. Work life balance needs to be met.
