Subway: Im a full time highschool student and even though my boss understand this he manages to work me 45 hrs a week eveen though i was hired part time. When i asked him to lower my hours to 25 because my grades were dropping he started calling me a cry baby and saying how he had to work full time.
DXC Technology: Good in general. The change in manager was really helpful so I'm waiting to see how that will work.

Burlington Coat Factory: The employees are terrible, rude, violent and unprofessional and hate their jobs and customers. If they hate your appearance they will stalk you in the store and harass you until you leave or mock you for confronting them about it. There needs to be a real management in stores.

I've been trying the have an issue resolved with a payment that was identified as an internal error for over a year and I am still waiting for completion of this issue.

Uber: Great experience! Was able to make a significant career change within the company, and they provided a lot of training.

DXC Technology: great company (its vision, strategy, and execution) and its leadership at the global, regional, and site-level/organization. however, there are very few that are still left unchecked (account organization/level), and hoping that soon it will be noticed that it contradicts the "People first" strategy

DXC Technology: I have been with the company long enough to say that until now, the problem is the HR mechanisms are still delegated to managers who do not have much training in HR. Also, the HR processes hinder further motivation or are not in line with the opportunities available for technical resources.

DXC Technology: Fine, but can be improved if there are opportunities for career advancement and salary increases. Workload does not equate to compensation. No recognition and increase for good performance. Team's leadership causes its people to lose interest and enthusiasm at work and talks back on them.
HCA Healthcare: our unit has the worst holiday and pto policy of any hospital I hav ever worked at!

Banfield Pet Hospital: I love working for Banfield but know that I could do more if given more resources and a more manageable list of deliverables. I believe that it's time to slow down our growth and focus on quality over quantity and diversifying our service model to meet our customers where they are.
First Data Corporation: Stop using proprietary terminology exclusively and make staff aware of industry standard terms for aspect of their services. Completely redo documentation for the payment API. Also provide better materials to explain what their proprietary terms mean.

LHC Group: I have truly been blessed working here- I was fearful first when AFAM buyout occurred -but I have really felt significant working here at LHC. I feel like my input is well received by management 100% of time.

Menzies Aviation: Its not a bad place, except they tend to promote kids to too much of an important roll. Being the location at an international Airport.
Fiserv: It'd be better off if Fiserv ever gave proper promotions and raises. In my time here, I've gotten approximately 5% pay increase with about 1% per year at best.
Burger King: Good do not want to improve
WPP: It's really good to work with them. More upgrading needs to be done though

RELX: Great company, well managed, innovative, and making a big difference for its customers and society at large.
Banfield Pet Hospital: The benefits are decent but the company does not seem to care about anyone who is not a doctor or LVT. There seems to be no repercussions for abusive clients because the company is afraid of a "bad" review. Although ,I think think company offers great options for care for pets and helps pets in need
The Home Depot: Great store great customer service
Ericsson: Benefits are very generous from healthcare, to PTO and 401K dollar for follar match is awesome! As a field worker you will on the other hand spend more than 40 hours a week on site. Overtime is mandatory which is a plus or minus depending on situation.
DXC Technology: Conversation with teammate, and games at meeting.
DXC Technology: A lot of ups and downs, mostly downs. The challenges I encounter in my projects indeed make me a better employee, but it is hard to juggle work responsibilities esp. if there are no other members available to help you meet the organization's goals.
DXC Technology: At DXC I feel more appreciated. There is no power struggle and I don't feel inferior.

AutoZone: Positive overall, but manage my expectations for the position I am in. ( F/T warehouse ) and for the pay/ benefits its seems a fair trade for the work i do. In a low cost to live state like FL. Doesnt mean inwant to do it forever but my experience has been good overall

DXC Technology: overall it's OK. however, the company should also compensate the employees fairly. job ladder is also hard unlike in mid sized companies. it's like if you're stuck in a position for a long time (no matter how much contribution you've made) employees will feel like they were not progressing at all

DXC Technology: The experience with the new DXC has been good so far, after being transffered to new management I have not yet gotten feedback from my new manager. It is because he has a lot of people reporting under him working on differnt timezone which makes it hard for my manager to hold one on one sessions.
DXC Technology: In DXC, biggest difference with other companies is FLEXIBILITY. In other companies, had an experience where i felt like work was given just to fill up time; and this was useless work.In DXC you manage your own time. The downside, is you are limited to be a service provider.

Salary and benefits should definitely be reviewed. Good thing HMO has now been increased, but the other perks and benefits should be reviewed.
