IBM: It is great. The joint was smooth, manager is very supportive and an excellent team with a lot of miles in their ODOs. Learning from everyone and trying my best. New technologies are being introduced to me everyday and I am getting chances to get hands-on experience with them .

TJ Maxx: I work ag the Tjmaxx located in Morgan Hill. I am a minor associate, and have been struggling with some of the managers/coworkers for a few weeks now. Some days I would come home with eyes full of tears, the lack of respect and kindness the team has for associates is extreamly innapropriate.
IBM: the onboarding ate up a lot of time since I finished college..but it was due to the pandemic situation...its a new environment to me...I've always wondered if working in a such a company having this cool environment would happen only in movies ...turns out its exists in IBM..THANK YOU IBM!!!!
