Thus, hard to understand where we go, and it can explain why people are living the company, badfuly. Plus, people who are producing (not Mgr and upper mgt) are not recognized enough...
GE Renewable Energy: I feel like the company is in transition. There is a cultural inertia to maintain the values that made the company successful 10-20 year ago, but those values are being forced out by the need to be more agile in order to hang on in the market and deliver technology that our customers want.
GE Renewable Energy: We work as one team.

The medical insurance is so over priced and is very poor coverage. I took a $11.00 an hour pay cut because of the way they wanted me to treat my staff. I won't work for them again.
GE Renewable Energy: Positive as an individual. Becoming extremely frustrating as a People Leader. Limited authority or ability to make personnel decisions (such as salary/benefits to retain talent), but held accountable to deliver projects and products.

IBM: When I have autonomy over my work.
Texas Roadhouse: Ive worked for almost two years now. Ive been working as a host but trying to serve for a year and a half of that time. It is frustursting trying to move up. IBM: The two challenges: pace is exhausting with many co-workers at all levels under strain; never-ending stream of "urgent" work that has been the norm for years is daunting. The two benefits: many great people to work with who are both knowledgeable and helpful; and unlimited chance to grow skills.

GE Renewable Energy: GE is a wonderful company to work for with fantastic opportunities to develop groundbreaking technologies whilst progressing your career in a multitude of industrial businesses in attractive geographical locations. I couldn't be happier!
GE Renewable Energy: The company, although well-lead by knowledgeable and capable managers, has lost site of what is happening in SCADA at the operator interface. We are a radio company, not a networking organization like Cisco. Many times, the end users are not knowledgeable about networking, or even IP
