GE Renewable Energy: Been here for over 30 years and seen many changes, always felt proud about what i do & how i contribute but recently the workforce has been reduced to such a low amount, i worry that we can no longer provide what the customer wants.
GE Renewable Energy: GE as a company is very good and have the best work culture. Few decisions to stop the some products and frequently changing managers doesn't give line of sight of the individual career. Didnt get feeling that manager is supporting for the short term career goal .
GE Renewable Energy: We have all the right visions, policies, tools and ideas available, but when it comes to practical implementation and usage, we often go for short term results and wins, which doesn't always support our strategy. = Missing out on walk the talk.

GE Renewable Energy: They appear to be open and candid
GE Renewable Energy: Great experiences with great people, lesson learnt to improve to avoid repeting same mistake on new projects

GE Renewable Energy: I love the company, and 100% proud to be part of our journey, but the workload today is really taking a toll on my personal life. I just hope at some point of time i will look back at this period with pride.
GE Renewable Energy: They gave us empowerment, but it is missing to give feedback and guide
Infosys: Just Satisfactory, not better or worse
Skf: Pretty cool, but creativity is being slowed down by the strict rules of the SKF group.
GE Renewable Energy: I not currently challenged in my work, my manager give me basics tasks and does not pay interest in my will to work on more engaging topics. The top management of the business makes us work against absolutely unrealistic targets which is demoralizing and push us towards bad work habits
GE Renewable Energy: Exciting domain, good people to work with. High pressure and too many reviews
GE Renewable Energy: Vision for the future connect REN with GE.
GE Renewable Energy: Starting well, but keeps getting less and less attractive.
GE Renewable Energy: Under mined, Under valued, Under pressure.
Spectrum: Too many corporate reports that do nothing to benefit the customer. Management is forced to be report monitors instead of support for technicians.
GE Renewable Energy: DYNAMISM AND INVESTMENT AS WELL AS PROFESSIONALISM
GE Renewable Energy: Diverse knowledge and the willingness to help others
The Home Depot: i LOVE IT at the Home depot
GE Renewable Energy: overall i like the company apart from less paid salary
GE Renewable Energy: It's a good company with potential to be one of the best but still there's a lot of room to improve. Maybe it lacks the will to improve due to last century traditions and the fear of change.
GE Renewable Energy: going back to more effective organisation
GE Renewable Energy: Management regular progress following by regular meetings
Luxoft: Our Team Lead is a very good person.
Champs Sports: The store manager is great but I dont like how one of the other managers are with customers and empower
GE Renewable Energy: Today I feel that we do not have enough opportunity to develop ourself in lateral move in the organization
GE Renewable Energy: company is good but internal team not so much. Experience is highly dependent on teams
GE Renewable Energy: Good work and lifebalance with meaningful opportunities. Currently difficult environment with lots of changes and insecure future
GE Renewable Energy: Excellent, happy, challenging, positive & what we do is important for our planet
GE Renewable Energy: Should focus to discriminate GE in the market.
GE Renewable Energy: Overall experience seems to be average, since I had expected a lot of travel related to on-site execution

GE Renewable Energy: Overall its good to work at GE
GE Renewable Energy: every day I find challenges that motivates me
GE Renewable Energy: Great company to work with, maintains high standards of work
GE Renewable Energy: Very overworked and under staffed with an excutive team top heavy, with little helpers to do the actual work. Very limited view on working globally and understanding peoples working hours and time zones.
GE Renewable Energy: overall i have 10.5yrs of experience starting from Design, contract management, project management-exports, Sourcing and again now in contracts from Padappai and pallavaram units

GE Renewable Energy: I feel very Happy & Proud to work with GE..I will be more happy if I get even now more opportunities & assignments for building my career as well as my growth.
GE Renewable Energy: The Company has great brand value and image. The customer believes in the capability and expect to deliver more outperforming the competition every time. The internal coordination and 1 team among cross functional team as well as non alignment of priorities makes the decision process a bit slower.
GE Renewable Energy: Good employee friendly company, need to venture in upcoming business and need to change as per market scenario.
GE Renewable Energy: Focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Sonic Drive-In: We had rotating supervisors and general managers at the 6479 store for a long time many got paid poorly and the supervisors never took any questions, comments, or concerns seriously. its the easiest job to do but unfortunately many people didnt do their job. the supervisors should do better
7-Eleven: Great Team! Exciting Future ahead!
GE Renewable Energy: Most of the time its demotivating
CBRE: The support from Peers and not management
Hooters: Great chemistry between the girls
GE Renewable Energy: Most satisfying, encouraging and most rewarding
Spectrum: Micro managed to the point it causes loss of productivity, growth and initiatives but it looks good on a spreadsheet, so we must be doing better, managed by people that never did or understand the work
GE Renewable Energy: Fantastic , engaged , care each other
GE Renewable Energy: Challenging, safe, quality & goal oriented, people oriented
GE Renewable Energy: My overall experience through the years working there have been remarkable with great achievements. Unfortunately, not reflected in my career growth. GE Renewable Energy: I can take decision at work
GE Renewable Energy: Treating Equal , share workloads , open for new learning , better knowledge exchange
Burlington Coat Factory: It was very simple and easy
Advantage Solutions: Below average pay and opportunity
GE Renewable Energy: Highly biased, favourism at its peak especially in LM WINDPOWER TCI, Bangalore (due to its senior director who is incompetent & insecure)
GE Renewable Energy: Company policies are good but they are on paper, top management lacks willingness to implement it. People dont see their growth in company due to manager are biased and keep threatening you that there you may lose job despite taking more than 12 hours job, less leaves or working on leaves, hospital
Cabela's: Not talk about private conversations
GE Renewable Energy: Overall i like and enjoy being part of the green energy company. But off late i feel i'm not challenged enough and opportunities to progress further in my career are also limited
GE Renewable Energy: like the environment and the people, but sometimes when there is a new system, program or new improvement I feel the process to adapt it is slow. Actually the positive side on this pandemic is we noticed that we can't rely on customers that impact more than 50% of our business.
Honeywell: Great company and strong leaderahip.
Aaron's: No cap to my earning potential
99 Cents Only Stores: Managers are terrible makes everyone do their job ans just stands around or sitting eating or chatting with others or on their cell phone

Texas Roadhouse: Part time no benifits at this time
GE Renewable Energy: my company is brilliant, everyone are very friendly and interested in work.
Assurant: Wants to make the culture great. its not though
Spectrum: This place is ran by wall street bean counters if I was a paying customer id switch service they don't care about there employees or customers it's all about squeezing every penny out I'm one foot out already
Spectrum: Used to be a great job, absolutely loved going to work!!!! Now we are looked at by node scores but not allowed to work on our nodes unless ROC allows us. We are told if you aren't working on it someone is in wich at that time it's not "your node score" it would be theirs!!! Sickening!!!!
GE Renewable Energy: Amazing until recently (2021), lately very bad recruitment made and impacting the full work experience - work environment - mental - work/life balance - business ...
Spectrum: Neverending issues from management. Cust complaints
Spectrum: Teamwork we try to help each other
GE Renewable Energy: I am proud working at GE
Spectrum: Teamwork that has gone out the window
GE Renewable Energy: Value inclusion and good collaboration
AutoZone: To many jobs expected to be done at once for low pay, management love giving you the stuff they don't want to do to stare at graphs in the back and then expect you to pick up calls that are suppose to be for them, crazy under staffing.
Panera Bread: Thinking im gonna have a great time
Spectrum: It's a good job. I like what I do as a tech but too many processes prevent me from doing my job efficiently and effectively. Too much micro management.
Spectrum: Listening to their employees. Would help
Stericycle: I'm been working for 8 years. I'm enjoying it working with Stericycle. The hospitals I'm working they are good. My goal in Stericycle is do better service every single day with respect and good actitud and understanding the costumes and the patients.
Delta Air Lines: 401k match, health benefits, travel benefits
Spectrum: like with any company theirs always room for improvment
Snap-on Tools: Zero work/life balance. Unethical management practises.
GE Renewable Energy: it been a amazing journey , were i have the chance to improve my tecnhical knowledge and sift skills on my role, also to have a success career path , i find a super nice and collaborating team , a very flexible and super nice work environment and culture,
Dollar Tree: Company does not care about employees at all.
Spectrum: Overall, benefits and wage is good. Bad side, metrics, everything is on a spreadsheet and if it can negative effect a tech it will happen. 45 mins to do the job, 15 to travel, out of that takes 30 minutes just to do thier checks BEFORE you fix the issues. Then the equipment, it works 60 %.
Spectrum: Hope you have extreme self loathing
Spectrum: This company was great.i enjoyed coming to work. Now us field techs are treated like garbage. We are now just a number. We are graded on a crappy scale ment to fail
Spectrum: Metrics and meter compliance have ruined the job for most techs. Drip routing sends us 30 minutes between jobs, can't email dispatch anymore....I have been here 25 yrs and moral is the worst it has ever been.
Spectrum: Enjoy the job but we get new polices and procedures thrown on us every week to the point it makes it almost impossible to complete a job in the time frame given with out cutting corners
Sam's Club: Too much work done by too few associates. But when bonuses arrive every 3 months that can really help. Employed for a year and am still not able to become full-time; which means no health care.
Spectrum: Great company to work for!
Spectrum: Upper management needs to stop trying to do our jobs from a desk, they need to actually start caring about the mental or physical health of the field employees.
Spectrum: Coworkers and leadership team are helpful
Spectrum: Micromanage everything you do. All the way to driving habbits on gps van. Down to the workohone they give you. All they care about is graphs on a chart and if they are where they want them. If not they'll come down on you hard,
Spectrum: Improve on customer focus not on tech numbers!!!
Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores: Don't really remember for sure
Spectrum: please listen to your employees
Spectrum: Coworker are pretty chill tbh
Spectrum: Nothing special. Went through two interviews, pretty standard process.
Concentrix: I have been with the company for 7 years and have grown so much in that time. I continue to learn and grow and feel safe to make mistakes knowing that they are viewed as learning experiences and not at all perceived as failures. Great connections and best experiences.
Spectrum: Going home on time, which sometimes happens.
Spectrum: Used to be great when it was TWC but not its all about metrics and not about customers or employees. Only good thing left is the benefits.
Gartner: Great Company to work for!
Starbucks: Worked in the SSC (Starbucks Support Center = HQ) for nearly 20 years. Good people, good culture for a company that is actively involved in our communities.
Spectrum: A tech can not even diagnose a problem on the system without sup approval, everything is micromanaged even as a tech out productivity is hurt when we are not given a job which is out of our control meaning no or lower bonus.
GE Renewable Energy: GE feels like a company on the edge of greatness. There are many problems in many areas, but that is like most companies. There seems to be a solid vision to improve. Diversity seems to be respected.
The Cheesecake Factory: They just hire me right now but before. I was working in senior living facility, my position is id working on the kitchen dishawasher helping dine-in and cleaning
GE Renewable Energy: Very good learning and growth for now.
Spectrum: Micro managing has destroyed this company
AutoZone: Feels overwelming for a low paying job
Labcorp: I have been with Labcorp for many years. One of the best places to work
Spectrum: The money is decent, but almost not worth it considering the company itself has no respect for their frontline employees. I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week but with mandatory overtime that 3/4 of the year, it's usually 12 hour days, 5 days a week with no lunch breaks.
Spectrum: More compensation and being treated like a person
Spectrum: Upper management only cares about spreadsheets.
Keurig Dr Pepper: Amazing team and the company truly cares about wellbeing - mental health, diversity and inclusion, company values all emphasized. Not a lot of room for growth
Spectrum: TERRIBLE upper management so out of touch with employees in direct contact with customers, outdated products, and lagging technology. Inconsistent performance and poor equipment provided to customers. Metrics employees are "graded" by are out of the employees control.
Winn Dixie Stores: Good first job with opportunity to make a career there
Spectrum: Love doing the work, but the company micromanages your every move. Local management is frustrated as they want to take care of their team while regional/corporate makes it as difficult as possible. Field Techs specifically are burdened with responsibilities from shortcomings in other departments.
Advance Auto Parts: I have been with the company for over 6 years. I started as a delivery driver and am now an assistant manager for the same store i started with. It is with great honor to work for this company. They have been there to support me and help grow with the company. It is a great place to work!
SABIC: Stop the showoff, and walk the talk. Basically they need to lead not to boss.
Spectrum: Not very good at all Too much micromanaging.
Spectrum: Unobtainable metrics. Unfair bonus structure. They use the term teamwork but put us all against each other. The logical way to resolve an issue is ignored and replaced with a so many workarounds it takes more time and money to complete a repair the wrong way than it would to just do it right.
SABIC: One day is was good. Now it's a nightmare.
PayPal: I love it here! lol
Spectrum: Managment is just there to enforce rules that dont make any sense at all. They make policy changes almost daily but wait 3 weeks to tell you about it. Get EVERYTHING in writing, print or save all emails.
Spectrum: I am an original Charter employee (20 plus years). Company use to care about there employees and even cared about maintaining customers. Now, it's all about numbers and that's it. We are just numbers, from metrics to employees. This company needs a country wide union, let the employees have a say.
GE Renewable Energy: Flexibility, transparency, commitment and advocates of GE's behaviors.
Spectrum: Everything. They only care about numbers
Spectrum: Of the few years I’ve been here, we’ve lost 12 tech for numerous reason with none of them being fired. They all left rather then dealing with poor management(J.C, N.D) unrealistic metrics, and literally anything thing else you could think
Spectrum: Micro management at it’s fine
Spectrum: We help each other even though the higher ups tell us not to. We ignore them and in the end it benefits us all.
Spectrum: Getting a steady paycheck and hopefully going home on time.
GE Renewable Energy: I am very happy to be a part of the GE but not happy with my salary.
Spectrum: It's all about the reports, not customers or employees. If you look bad on paper, you are replaceable.
Spectrum: To getting out of the office more
Swift Transportation Corporation: Understanding the goal, and getting there togather.
Spectrum: Unrealistic demands in the limited amount of time given for each job, very little care about employee safety especially during ALL of last year
Spectrum: The job it’s self is good. But it’s the metrics, stack ranking, management, and the timeframes we have to meet. I started after the merger happened and it was wonderful place to work at. About a year ago that’s when all this wonder metrics started become “more and more imp
Spectrum: We are just a number. If you fix an issues for a customer correctly but it doesn't make your metrics numbers look good then you did it wrong. I feel like I'm treated like a child and never trusted when I've given no reason to be treated that way.
Spectrum: Micromanaging, creativity bis frowned upon, high performers are rewarded with more work. Work loads are doubled in departments with no increase in staff. As a self accountable go getter it's misery.
JELD WEN: This job pays the bills and provides insurance.
Spectrum: Wouldn't be a bad place to work If things didn't change DAILY. One day you're told to do something then the next they're threatening your job for doing what they said.
Spectrum: Being in the field all day
Spectrum: The company doesn’t care about the field workers we are short staffed , cover way to many jobs , forced over time , they baby routing department that craps on the field techs, covid was a joke for us while office staff was able to work from home field techs had to work without mask and gloves
Spectrum: Bad company to work for
Spectrum: It was great as Charter, now we are just numbers and reports to almighty Spectrum. Spectrum cares only about numbers not workers.
Spectrum: More time to do our work period!!!
GE Renewable Energy: safety, focus, challenging, global and innovative
Spectrum: 20 year employee. Spectrum is by far the worst managment ran company. The company has turned reactive instead of proactive on fixing issues. Management is worthless. Metrics has destroyed quality work. Stack ranking ruined the team work. Whole company needs to Unionize. No accountability. SELL US!
GE Renewable Energy: I appreciate GE as a company, however the division I work in GE feels very distant from what GE stands from. in so many different aspects. I have met in several occasions GE colleagues from other divisions and I have felt sometimes that we work in different companies.
GE Renewable Energy: Good co-workers, good teamwork at the do-er level, nice market segment, interesting products, leadership focuses on the wrong things (too much command/control...not enough agile and exploration).
GE Renewable Energy: GE Renewables has really good people working each day to make promise of clean & affordable energy real. But there is a technical debt mounting in SW and quality and there is less importance placed on system architecture & simplicity, which is weighing down progress.
Circle K: They basically make you work overtime for free. They always say it carries over but it never does. You can kiss those overtime hours goodbye
IHG: They are good in hospitality
GE Renewable Energy: It is a marvelous and tremendous company, however management who is responsible of the strategy is pushing very hard the people creating an environment of pressure, dissatisfaction and stress
GE Renewable Energy: I am proud to work at GE as a renowned company that brings clean energy and beneficial opportunities to the world. But lately due to lack of resources, lack of recognition and negative results I'm feeling unmotivated. I believe we have potential, but we need to change a critical things like culture
Amazon: It's a fun and challenging place with a lot of autonomy.
GE Renewable Energy: We all help each other and exchange knowledge
Pitney Bowes: Willingness to work together regardless of the task.
GE Renewable Energy: It is probably one of the biggest company in this domain , but for sure it is still a lot of things to improve.
GE Renewable Energy: I really enjoy working at GE. It has been only 7 months, but I believe GE will help my career in terms of learning, growth and I hope to have an international opportunity in GE. I don`t see myself working in another place today.
GE Renewable Energy: Great company poised for a comeback.
Sam's Club: Do not like to work around your schedule or care about health, quick to judge you by your appearance and are noncaring when you cant work during a weather emergency. Management treats their employees like they are nothing more than disposable. Members even notice the horrible management. Harvey,LA
Samsung: Waste of time and experience
Dell Technologies: It is amazing! They really care about employees and their wellbeing
GE Renewable Energy: Lost of good ideas, but they do not always translate into results, due to to many equally high priority tasks, lack of resources and people being pouched. Lastly we are not good at celebrating our successes nor focus on the fun part of work (as people are too overloaded) demotivates people.
Bass Pro Shops: Terrible leadership its a very dangerous place to work at. Especially with this Virus being known around when someone finds out they were around a known associate who has the virus they don't even give you a warning and tell you.
Chick-fil-A: Experience at Chick-fil-A is phenomenal not only is the food great but the food to this so he's amazing hello how are you you matter it's incredible very much to get car values and mission statement
Family Dollar Stores: My co workers and our regular customers
GE Renewable Energy: GE is a great company, but lacks perspective. This lack of perspective is across human, personnel, and business decisions. GE does not understand the competitive job market, or where the future of energy is. We are already behind the curve. GREAT PEOPLE, great initiative, but stagnating business.
GE Renewable Energy: I love GE in several ways, I work here for almost 6 years but sometimes I feel really bad about hiring and salary politics. Teams are getting smaller, working is increasing and salary rarely raises. This really demotivate me and my coworkers.
GE Renewable Energy: I have been working at this company for many years and have always enjoyed working here, but lately I have seen a considerable increase in hours worked, which causes an imbalance between personal and professional life.
Hannaford Supermarket: I like my job and i have been working through the pandemic
Mars: The culture is amazing! Everyone has a voice and is heard
BNSF Railway: Steadily in a decline slope
GE Renewable Energy: i am happy with GE
The Children's Place: It's been great working at the Children place. I really like my job. Meeting awesome people.
GE Renewable Energy: Very engaged with the projects.
Spectrum: amazing company to work for
Lockheed Martin: As a "goods and services" employee I get less than half PTO than others on my team.
IBM: fantastic, challenging, friendly, helpful, human
RR Donnelley: Printing in general is in decline and executives are trying to cost cut our way to greatness. No plan on getting into a different line of business, only focus is getting more of the little market share there is.
GE Renewable Energy: New projects, that help other teams and have wide-reaching impact
UPS: Great retirement benefits. Company will set you up for retirement if you stay. Career Planning is very poor and there is no technical track outside IT roles.
SAP: Great company to work at, smart people, opportunities to grow (and encouraged) with great benefits
GE Renewable Energy: Get paid while learning the new knowledge.
GE Renewable Energy: me siento fantastica, amo lo que hago :)
GE Renewable Energy: There are lots of committed and very intelligent people in this company. We just need them to be aligned and valued!
GE Renewable Energy: trust me to be an adult and do my job
GE Renewable Energy: The health benefits are very good.
GE Renewable Energy: Long time employee watching formerly-decent company spiral into endless cycles of reorgs, cost-cutting, reduction of benefits, increased management focus, decreased engineering focus, stagnant salary, poor execution and employee retention issues. Focus on engineering, increase salaries, reduce mgmt
GE Renewable Energy: Good benefits package. Good office environment. Cafeteria not good. Respectful to individuals. Clean. Safe.
GE Renewable Energy: Global and well respected makes GE a very interesting place to work. I on in contact with colleagues, vendors and customers around the world. At GE, we found a way to get things done during Covid-19 .
GE Renewable Energy: I'm overall happy working for GE, but still place for improvement regarding workload mainly.
GE Renewable Energy: GE has consistently exceeded my expectations in virtually everything regarding taking care of employees. Work is fun, but can be hard, and my co-workers are awesome.
GE Renewable Energy: about 10 years of experience in engineering department (HYDRO)
GE Renewable Energy: The work load is too high and the salary raise and bonus is not reflecting the effort given by employee because of bad financial numbers.
GE Renewable Energy: GE has great history. This allows the company to avoid innovation while maintaining a strong hold. It is a top heavy management company that has a proven strategy of outsourcing engineering. Engineers at the company are thought to be replaceable with contractors and management is the core skill set.
GE Renewable Energy: I like my job, I like the people I work with, however, we can do much more, much better if we had the support of management. I believe Renewables promotes people to managerial positions because they are good engineers, not because they are good managers.
GE Renewable Energy: There is a good amount of flexibility.
GE Renewable Energy: It is amazing even hard sometimes
GE Renewable Energy: For me GE is a great place to work. Full of challenges and despite the stress related to the projects I manage, I am happy to be here. I actually wish that I worked for GE earlier in my career. This year is my 6th anniversary.
GE Renewable Energy: Working as a team to deliver service we are all given opportunity to contribute. Your skills are appreciated
GE Renewable Energy: Fast pace. I have some interesting projects I enjoy working on.
Quad Graphics: Horrible, run as fast as you can.
GE Renewable Energy: It is a company where you can work, it has good benefits, it demands results but it has a good work environment
GE Renewable Energy: The colaboration between team members
GE Renewable Energy: I am working in company on 2013 so i am very happy to GE and my experience around 11 year for Areva T&D & Alstom and GE.
GE Renewable Energy: In over 10 years GE has turned a 80 million dollar company into a 40 million company. No investment in the future - short term focus, shrinking budgets and parade of know nothing GMs. At least now we have a competent GM .
Elevance Health: Great org, lots of opportunity.
GE Renewable Energy: I have seen tremendous growth at GE-Wind and am glad I joined them way back then. I was able to influence to a small degree future wind turbine designs.
GE Renewable Energy: My overall experience is fantastic, but i didn't understand the criteria of promotions and increments, it should be more transparent and everyone knows how to grow it further.
GE Renewable Energy: It has been a roller coaster ride with many takeovers, downsizing etc, i had very little hope if HVDC business can really survive. With more renewable business in the pipe can bring more HVDC to bring stability to the company and we may return to profitability. WORK and HOPE
