Managers are so focused on their next promotions they don't do anything to help develop employees. Constant layoffs are a drain on everyone
Ingersoll Rand: I hardly look up from my computer except for lunch and breaks. I stay busy. And the hours are extremely flexible. You can work 40 hours a week at any time that works for you.

The pay is unfair. A great amount of people, both working for and running the company, are not qualified.

Skanska: Hold VPs accountable for long term results. Do not stack the deck for them by rewarding them at much higher levels out of proportion to mid level employees.
Walmart: I love what I do, but do not like who I do it for. I believe the founding principles of the company are what made it successful and all the changes are what is going to destroy it. I hope they reconsider and go back to what worked for so many years.

Caseys General Stores: Good. Clean. Good manager. Works with my schedule and time I need off.
Gannett: The future doesn't have much to offer new employees as all management is jumping ship even through the executive levels. Company wide early retirement after 55 and layoffs for anyone under.
Northwestern Medicine: great quality and overall all for the patient satisfaction. competitive, experienced team and drs
Google: The experience is good. The compensation is excellent. However the career mobility is very slow. The expectations are very fuzzy (ironically for a company obsessed with data) and management guidance is lacking.
Target: great growing opportunities within the company
Leidos: Leidos is stuck in decades past, the best employees quickly learn there is no value in hard work, or accomplishment. Whether you do good work or no work, Leidos bills for you seat. Those who do good work are handed more work, until they're overworked. Never recognized or rewarded.
Jefferies & Company: Really happy to work for such a great organization that values all contributions of their employees and provides opportunities to grow and participate in very interesting projects

SunTrust Banks: My immediate team within the company are great. However, the human resources division is outsourced and not very effective professional.
Walmart: most of the people I work with are great but I am one fish in a giant ocean of fish, so no one but myself looks out for me.

Little Caesar's: The franchise owner at my particular little caesars is an awful man who does nothing but crush employee morale.

Best Buy: It is a chill job. You make sure your area is taken care of and interact with the customers and everything is cool
XPO: An ever evolving facility, gaining new clients with multiple business units resulting in daily challenges. I find the organized chaos of logistics fulfilling and my supporting team members are like family. We make it happen and encourage each other.
H&R Block: For me it has been a great experience. I get to work at a location near home, I get to decide the hours I work, and the company has a self promoting process in which we increase our certification levels when we want and don't have to wait for a manager to give to a raise.
Amazon: Everyone on the team seems easy going
Intel Corporation: I learned a lot but am beginning to peak in learning after almost 3 years at the company. I'm worried about future growth as well. Overall, I am not stressed at work and for that I'm grateful, but I do miss being challenged.
FedEx: I changed my major to encompass Supply Chain Management and Logistics after beginning at FedEx, They made such an impression on me that i decided I'd like to make a career of it.

Fujitsu America: They choose people who micro manage with no experience running a company
Chili's: Overall I'd say it's been fairly depressing. Over the years I've been there (4 1/2) I've hoped it would get better but it's only gotten worse. Still no paid vacations for full-time hourly employees, health insurance has gotten more expensive and out of reach and pay has only increased minimally.
Marshalls: Excellent service with the customers
Wendy's: Working here has been easy and fun, they are a great company who care about their employees and customers
U.S. Security Associates: Treated unfairly and threaten to be fired if I stand up for myself.
Burlington Coat Factory: for a retail company its not bad
