AT&T: Great company and enjoy the work. The lack of assigned seating / lockers is frustrating. I spend more time awake here than at home and I would like to have a "dedicated space" or more opportunity for hybrid work.

symplr: Generally Positive - but there are areas that are being neglected. On the tech side, our Salesforce resources are unable to keep up with demand - on the personnel side, I'd like to see more peer based reviews similar to nursing peer review - with engineers, consultants, support, success, etc...
Foundever: I'm glad I'm able to express my skills.
Foundever: if you have a good manager, then it's not too bad.. but having had a bad manager, this place can be miserable to work at. They are more worried about OT hitting the executive bonus bucket then they are completing projects on time if it requires OT. People like IT execs are all about a getting bonus.
Foundever: I started in 2002 with Alpine, Sykes, Sitel and now Foundever. Its been a wild ride but I feel the company is in the best position we have ever been in. While we do need some work on our monitors and CMS, overall, I feel we are heading in the right direction.
Foundever: I have recently joined this company and I am very satisfied with work, my supportive team and teammates and supportive Manager and leads, also work life balance is there, So i am happy.. Thank you
