Both of the last 2 manager's are the laziest people I've ever met. I've been made to do ALL of their work while they sit on their *ahem* ample behinds. The only time they so much as pretend to do their job is when a DM stops by. Bottom line: If I'm made to do a managers job, I should get the pay.

The overnight shift is not paid a nite time differential. The stock options is only 6%. Sometimes they ask too much and not willing to give me the hrs. I need to survive the costs of living.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They know how to work and what to do. Don't have to tell each other what or how to do our jobs. Customers are in and out the door because of the great job of the cashier's and management.
