The fulfillment center only cares about getting their orders out the door, they dont show any interest in their employees lives outside the warehouse, or consider how physically demanding the job is. They expect you to work 10+ hours without a word and if you cant they threaten to terminate you.

Working long and inconsistent hours for poor hourly wage and struggling to pay rent while holding a management position with the store is unfair.

So many layoffs I am doing the job if three people. Senior leaders pass out horrible raises expecting you to be happy with an across the board raise of 2% but increase your benefit costs 4% so you actually loose money. If you are salary you loose more as the standard in most areas is 60+ hours wk.

Corporate has the most unreal expectations and expects you to perform at a level most stores would provide some compensation for selling warranties and services etc. They give no incentive.

Labor hours. They do not allot enough hours to the store to properly schedule staff. We work on a skeleton crew 80% of the time while expecting to deliver excellence to every customer. That isn't possible when its 3 or 4 employees for 10-12 customers at a time.
