Leadership concentrates wholly on revenue only and does nothing to alleviate the internal challenges and time challenges the sales channel is burdened with. Administratively, there is too much responsibility on sales which takes away from field and prospecting time

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We do not get paid until equipment is delivered. I sold over a million dollars of equipment this year and as of this week we delivered 15 units.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401K match was eliminated, healthcare benefits got worse and more expensive once we merged with Xerox benefits package. Both need major overhaul if we are to keep employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bring back 401K, xerox needs to let XBS perform and drive business as we have successfully and the reason we were acquired.

Offshore billing and offshore service dispatch are a huge step back for Xerox, there is no accountability and their are huge disconnects with these services now

Current management does nothing to build the team or want to get involved in anything other than sales and salesforce numbers. The focus is strictly on numbers regardless and can create a very negative environment
