Advance Auto Parts offers a 10-week paid internship program to students who specialize in the following areas: Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Marketing, Information Technology, Inventory/Merchandising, Operations, Sales, etc. In addition to hands-on training with teams in their individual fields, our interns also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams as well as the opportunity to meet senior leaders from our executive team. Our interns also work on a solutions-based group project throughout the 10 weeks that gets presented to senior leaders at the culmination of the program, with the potential to be implemented for real-world use.
