What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Extremely poor communication within the company. Doesn't care about our well being, and doesn't not follow laws and guidelines of accommodation paperwork. Picks favoritism within the company, and discriminates.

undevalued at times seems we are over worked i have a 45 hr schedule but working more like 55-60 hrs a week

Was supposed to get bumped up to 10 am hour they never fixed our pay from 9.50 and they still owe us money
