I love the company it is my first work i have been with the company for over 6 years and i have watched management use there position as weapon to black mail person. get a person fired. Alorica Jamaica the lowest paying in the country. used to be a good place but employees are not valued .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lowest paid in the country. Agent getting more pay than admin. Unlike the west coperation we don't get uneform. No bonus if you dont work in operations.
