Trainer is extremely unprofessional, and needs to keep side stories in her personal life out of the job.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Complete overhaul of management. Very unprofessional and short tempers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Train employees better would help.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need to learn professionalism. Don't promote kids that don't understand how to manage others.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

This is my first day, so I can't tell how they are. But muting their microphones would help, too much background noise

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm only getting paid 15 an hour which in my area, is not enough compensation to live. Not at all paid fairly.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Stop calling over and over again to confirm you're showing up for the first day. Also stop texting your employees asking if they want to work for you, you have the numbers on file!
