
Honestly I lucked out cause the interviewer actually worked for the client I was supposed to work for and ensured I knew how to do the job before I even started.
My team really is like a family. However my feedback is for hiring to stop hiring people whom don't know to google their questions and verify it's correct or know how to use ctrl c/v or any other basic computer literacy.
The issue is the red tape of contracts between Alorica and which ever client they have. It seems like they are always trying to get the best deal for themselves and not actually thinking about any of their consumer or employees.
