I has harassed, insulted, and bullied by mangment. I was forced numerous times to work off the clock without pay. I was discriminated against every way possible. I was lied about abd lied to. They are theives and liars! Stay away!

Be honest about the time fames and work environment and culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Dont invade others personal lives. Dont lie about co workers. Dont insult and belittle people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
First, they need to follow EEOC federal guidlines on discrimination. Second, they need to quit making people work off the clock.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You need to pay people for the time they work. Follow the federal laws and don't discriminate against people. Dont make up lies. Also, dont lie to you employees. Horrible place to work. Worst experience of my life. I regret applying.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I was harrassed, terarized, discriminated, against, and abused by managment at Alorica. My complaint was largly ignored and they lied to and about me. I was forced to work off the clock and was never compensated for my time or resources used.
