We work together and encourage one another

Employees feel undervalued which makes us all want to find employment elsewhere

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pressuring employees to sale when they aren't comfortable doing so and threatening to fire them if sales quotas arent met

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I absolutely love my TM; i feel like she and one person in HR are the only ones who care about the agents aka the little people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everyday there is something else they add on as a requirement. They push sales in your face and care more about sales than how the customer is treated!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Stop misleading people. Never once was sales being a part of the job ever mentioned; i was told it is strictly customer service which was a bold face lie
