I would not recommend working here. Favortism, system issues, and no help from managers make working here a struggle. The customers yelling at us about local pharmacy issues doesnt help either. Not enough Paid Time Off (PTO) and you have to use it before the year ends . Ugh

Breaks and lunch are my only free time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that I can go home at not worry about work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitudes . When we try to help other agents , we get attitudes and rudeness.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now a regular agent makes $13/hr it was raised from $10 . We are getting a raise soon, but for the amount of work we do, that is not enough
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Responding to messages . Letting us know when they take off work and their off days . Multiple times I have been left not knowing who to reach out too when no one responds .
