I have had a wonderful experience and have had amazing trainers that are preparing me to be a great agent. I hope to have a long future with Alorica. I have a Master's degree with 20 yrs as a counselor and then was promoted to Program Director and was over 30 employees for 5 yrs prior to retiring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I can go to any of the leadership team members and I will receive the help I need and feel comfortable approaching them for the help that I am needing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping the providers get the information that they are needing and ensuring that I am able to resolve their issues. I truly enjoy the upbeat nature of my team as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since day one we have all worked together and help each other as needed. We all have positive attitudes and try to uplift each other and you do not find that very often in a work setting.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I feel like they were straight forward in letting you know what to expect and giving you the in's and out's of the job. They were informative in the information given and the questions asked during the interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work together like I said before and everyone gets along well. If someone gets stuck one of the other team members is there to help. I feel we make a great team and our leaders truly have assisted us in getting to where we are now.
