Alorica is an extremely cheap and rigid employer. Annual raises do not exist, and raises based on promotion only happen unwillingly and are only for the absolute minimum possible.

Operations managers are completely disconnected from the actual workers and have zero understanding of employee needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is paid at least $2 an hour below fair market, and my team is the only team in the entire project not eligible for bonus.
