99% of my last two years have been really well received and I just can't say Enough good stuff about Alora. It's the last week, I really feel very list hung out to dry if you wanna knthe truth. My team is phenomenal, and hands down the reason I love him so much is development I love developing them and everything that they have the offer stings I didn't even know they were aware of come out. And in turn, they develop me
What makes you most happy at work?
The thought that I get a chance to influence a person's life multiple people's lives the chance to turn a bad day into a good one the chance to turn the front into a smile I'm giving those at every second of the day and I choose so carefully and wisely because those moments add up to lifetimes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So I put in 65 to 70 hours a week, that's one week, I stay a lot of nights through the night and just change clothes and shower and shave and go right back to work because the projects frequency and intensity of issues Hass to have someone there full-time. Still paid the same amount of money as 8 hr
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like I said I still love everything about that place can I wave and smile and say hello to everyone I walk up to everyone on my team and I walk out to everyone in the project and just tell me how wonderful they are the same thing for being part of our team. That is my genuine response to that place
