I have worked at Alorica for 3 years and I actually have to say it was ok. Tho the pay was very low I liked what I did as a call center agent. However the company in January of 2022 let us know that they were closing the Newport News site. I work from home but no one has tried to help me get a job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It needs to put people first and business second

It was pretty smooth and the information was clear about next steps.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were always helpful but in the last four months no help at all coaching has even gone away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because they did not give regular raises yearly. They had a bonus system but depending on the department you are in that does not go to everyone. They do not have additional incentives in many of the department. It's as if certain departments do matter to them.
