I've never had any interactions with the CEO of Alorica to right him/her. I work for College Board through Alorica. It was ok when I first started. You do not get raises. Team leaders & Dominique Price have certain people that they watch and pick with. I think its to make them quit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work at home.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was kinda drawn out but the overall call time wasnt too long
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Alorica doesnt offer any benefits. Just the no raises and bad energy that you can feel and its working at home.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers always call in and complain about the untrained workers. Receiving different information every time they call in. Constantly being transferred to different/ wrong departments. All due to lack of training
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They give out feedback and quality scores on your calls. Sometimes the feedback and scores are incorrect. I've messaged my supervisor several times asking questions about the feedback/score. And never a reply back.
