That its my own business and I control what I do each day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Mostly because of other branches people aren't all aligned, also because of pay for what we do and how much people are frustrated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reviewing my position, I do the same role as others that live in a comparable are but yet they make 50% more than I do because I'm internal.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have a lack of training, most is on the job, this makes it difficult since most people are promoted from within. Most people don't have the skill set they need for the job
