The ability to complete my job and the tasks given to me as well as being able to ask questions when needed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team I work with offers leadership when needed as well as any assistance I may need. They are very knowledgeable in what we do, very friendly and very professional.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Not only am I compensated for the position and the work I complete; but they also offer to assist with any extra equipment I may need outside of the office location.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They offer to help and assist when I need it; but also ask questions and follow up on the assistance they provided. They lead by 'example' which is HUGE to me.
